Apps for Shopify stores
A native app on the Shopify Storefront API, so products, prices, stock and checkout stay the store's own rather than a second copy somebody has to keep in sync.
Build & Migrate
Native iPhone apps, iPhone Duo ready.
Native iPhone apps for ecommerce brands and the businesses behind them, built in Swift, connected to your Shopify store or your own systems, and laid out for every screen Apple ships, including iPhone Duo.
Get in touchWhy it works
Most brands do not need an app. A fast store on a phone does most of what an app would, for a fraction of the cost to build and keep current. An app earns its place when it does something the website cannot: works offline, uses the camera properly, sends notifications people opted into, or gives your best customers a faster way back than a browser tab.
What you get
A native app on the Shopify Storefront API, so products, prices, stock and checkout stay the store's own rather than a second copy somebody has to keep in sync.
Customer apps and internal tools connected to the systems you already run, for the jobs a website does badly: working offline, the camera, notifications, the shop floor.
Apps that resize between the outer and inner displays and move controls out of the fold, using Apple's own layout containers rather than screen sizes written into the code.
An audit of your current app on every iPhone size, iPhone Duo included, with the layout faults fixed in your codebase rather than a rebuild proposed by default.
How we work
What the app has to do that your website cannot. If the honest answer is nothing, we say so before you spend anything.
Screens designed for small, standard and large iPhones from the start, with the outer and inner displays of iPhone Duo in the set.
Native Swift, tested in the simulator on every size and on real devices before anything goes to Apple.
App Store submission, answers to review, and a plan for the next iOS release rather than a handover and a goodbye.
The point
Context
When it does earn its place, we build it native, in Swift and SwiftUI, rather than wrapping the website. For a Shopify brand that means an app on the Storefront API, so the catalogue, prices, stock and checkout stay the store’s own. For a business with its own systems, it means an app connected to them directly, built for the job a website does badly.
Every app we build is laid out for the whole iPhone range from the first screen, including iPhone Duo, Apple’s folding iPhone, which went on sale in October 2026. Its outer display is phone-shaped and its inner display opens to almost twice the width, with a fold down the middle that Apple asks apps to keep controls out of. Apps built on fixed screen sizes are the ones that look wrong on it.
We have built iOS apps for clients under confidentiality, so you will not find them named here. Ask us on a call and we will talk through comparable projects in detail without naming the client.

Partners
The apps around a Shopify store decide as much as the theme does, and choosing between thousands of them is most of the work. We are a Shopify Plus Partner and we integrate the tools that sit around the platform. Every one of them runs on our own two stores before it reaches a client, so the recommendation you get comes from having paid for the thing and lived with it. When a brand already runs a stack that works, we integrate with it rather than rebuilding it to suit us.
How we use themIn their words
From start to finish, they were incredibly easy to work with. They understood the brief perfectly and delivered to a very high standard. Communication was excellent throughout, with quick and clear responses to any questions I had.
Questions
Native, in Swift and SwiftUI. A wrapped website is cheaper to start and costs more later, because it inherits every limit of the web page inside it and adds the App Store’s review on top.
It will open, but that is not the same as working. Apple asks apps to resize between the outer and inner displays and to keep controls out of the fold when the phone is partly folded. Apps built on fixed screen sizes are where that goes wrong, and we can audit yours and fix it in place.
Yes. We build on the Storefront API, so the app reads your live catalogue and hands off to Shopify checkout. Nothing is copied into a second system that somebody then has to keep in sync.
Our app work is for clients under confidentiality, so we do not name them on this site. On a call we will talk through comparable projects in detail, without naming the client.
