AI Implementation
Automate the manual work properly.
(opens in a new tab) Most AI advice stops at a demo. We come into the business, map how it actually runs, and put AI where it removes real cost: built around your systems and your team, by the people behind 100+ Shopify builds.
Our own stores first, then the systems we run for clients
Certified, not badge-only The demo is the easy part. The daily work is where AI has to earn its keep.
How we use AIAI implementation for ecommerce is mostly unglamorous: the report somebody rebuilds every Monday, the order details copied from one system into another, the answer only one person knows. We start there, rank it by what it costs you, and build only what pays for itself.
Our servicesFour stages, one team
How we put AI where it removes real cost
Nothing is built until the map says it is worth building.
-
Map how you run
A short engagement to understand the business, the systems and where the time actually goes. You keep the map whether you continue or not.
-
Find the money
We rank the opportunities by what each saves against what it costs to build. You decide what is worth doing. Some of it will not be.
-
Build it
Implemented in your systems, in priority order, in pieces small enough that you can see each one working before the next starts.
-
Train and hand over
Your team runs it day to day. We document it, train them on it, and stay available rather than embedded.
Map
Before anything is built: where the week actually goes, which tools already do half the job, and what is worth automating at all.
AI implementation
We run our own agency on this stack
Nothing goes into your business that we have not trusted with ours. An enquiry from our website lands in our CRM without anyone retyping it, and when a deal moves, the ad platforms hear about it the same way.
The part that matters is the check behind it: a second route catches anything the first one missed, then tells a person. Automated, and watched.
What you get
What our AI implementation service covers
Six pieces of work in three stages. Most engagements stop wherever the saving runs out.
Find the cost
Systems review
Every tool you already pay for, how they connect, and where work falls down the gap. The first saving is often a licence you no longer need.
Task audit
We sit with the people doing the work and find what eats their week. It is rarely where people expect.
Build it safely
Bespoke implementation
AI inside a workflow you already run, an assistant that knows your own documents, or automation where a human sits in the middle today.
Accuracy before speed
Anything touching a customer, a price or a number gets checks and a human in the loop. Fast and wrong costs more than slow.
Make it last
Bottleneck removal
Where only one person can do something, we capture what can be handed over and say what still needs them.
Training and handover
Your team learns to use and adjust it, with the documentation to go with it.
Build
Implemented in your systems in priority order, with checks on anything that touches a customer, a price or a number.
AI automation agency for ecommerce
Proved on our own revenue before yours
Powerlete is our own sportswear brand. Every app, integration and automation we recommend runs there before it reaches a client.
It is also where our AI search work ships first. When something breaks on Powerlete it is our own sales that drop, which is why the checks go in from the start.
Tool-first vs process-first
Why AI projects stall between the demo and the daily work
Most AI projects start with a tool and look for a use. The ones that last start with the work, and sometimes need no new tool at all.
| Question | Tool-first | Process-first |
|---|---|---|
| Where it starts | A tool somebody saw demonstrated | How the work runs today |
| What gets automated | Whatever the tool happens to do | The tasks that eat the week, ranked by saving |
| The first saving | Rarely a cancelled licence | Often a licence you no longer need |
| When it is wrong | A customer finds out | A check catches it first |
| Who can change it | The vendor, or the agency | Your team, with the documentation |
Hand over
Your team runs it. It is documented, it can be changed without us, and we stay available rather than embedded.

Clean data first, or the automation lies
Fittr Nutrition is our supplements brand. We keep its catalogue structured and machine-readable, because anything acting on a store is only as right as the data underneath it.
That is the unshowy half of every build: fix the data, automate on top of it, then write down how it works so your team can change it without us.

From start to finish, they were incredibly easy to work with. They understood the brief perfectly and delivered to a very high standard. Communication was excellent throughout, with quick and clear responses to any questions I had.

The things [the team] have put in place and recommended for us have paid immediate dividend. We wish we had come in contact with [them] sooner.

I can’t recommend [the team] enough, [they] helped us with everything from product design, supplier communication to website building and SEO. We were able to build a brand off the back of all [their] information and help.

Worth a conversation
- Somebody rebuilds the same report every week
- Orders, leads or stock get copied between systems by hand
- One person is the only one who can do something important
- You pay for AI tools nobody on the team actually uses
Probably not this, yet
- You want a chatbot because a competitor has one
- The process itself is not settled yet
- You want AI deciding prices or refunds on its own
AI automation agency for ecommerce
Where this fits
People looking for an AI automation agency for ecommerce usually want one of two things: a tool installed, or the manual work gone. We are the AI automation agency ecommerce teams call for the second. AI search and AI shopping agents are their own services; AI implementation is the inside of the business, and often where the first saving is.

Everything around AI in ecommerce
The brands behind the stores we build and run.
Partners
Tools we have already run on our own stores
The apps around a Shopify store decide as much as the theme does, and choosing between thousands of them is most of the work. We are a Shopify Plus Partner and we integrate the tools that sit around the platform. Every one of them runs on our own two stores before it reaches a client, so the recommendation you get comes from having paid for the thing and lived with it. When a brand already runs a stack that works, we integrate with it rather than rebuilding it to suit us.
How we use themStraight answers
Is this a chatbot for our storefront?
Usually not. The biggest savings tend to sit behind the store: the Monday report, orders copied between systems, answers only one person knows.
Does all of it have to be AI?
No. Plenty of the work is plain automation between tools you already have, and sometimes the saving is a licence you can cancel.
How do you stop it getting things wrong?
Anything touching a customer, a price or a number gets a check and a human in the loop, and we write down what it must never decide alone before it is built.
Where can we see it working?
On our own business and our own two stores, Powerlete and Fittr Nutrition. Every tool and automation we recommend runs there first, on our own revenue.
