Cream Cornwall sells luxury coastal homewares, interiors and gifts: handcrafted lampshades, cushions, throws and home fragrance, drawn from Cornish folklore and the coastline. It trades online and across three shops, in Falmouth, St Ives and Bath.

They came to us on an older theme. The brief was never only the website: the shops, the domain and the company email all had to end up on one footing, which is the kind of scope most storefront work stops short of.

A full store build on Horizon, Shopify’s current theme architecture, with the migration off their old theme run end to end by us. Where something needed doing, we dealt with it, rather than sending back a list for the client to work through.

Shopify POS across all three shops, so the counter and the storefront run on the same catalogue rather than two systems kept in step by hand.

We advised on international expansion and they took it up. It is in place and running now, not sitting in a deck.

Consultancy either side of the build: general ecommerce, security advisory, and a Google Workspace and domain migration.

Live and trading, online and in all three shops. We stay on as their consultancy partner rather than handing over and leaving.
