Powerlete
Our own store. Our proving ground.
We build it, run the marketing, and live with every number before it touches a client.

The brief
Where it started
Powerlete is our own sportswear brand. We do not advise on ecommerce from the outside; we run a real store, on real ad spend, with real customers, and we feel every conversion rate we quote.
It is also our honest proving ground. When we test a checkout change, a new section, or a paid-social angle, we test it here first, on our own money, before it goes anywhere near a client build.

The work
What we did
Built and operated in-house across the full stack: storefront, merchandising, paid media and retention. No hand-offs, because there is no one to hand off to.
Everything we learn running Powerlete feeds directly into how we build for clients. The playbook is not theory; it is what we do to grow our own brand.

Candour
Where it stands
Powerlete ran on a heavier, feature-rich theme with room to improve, so we rebuilt it properly: for speed, for conversion, and for functionality.
It is our own store and our own money, which is what lets us say plainly when something is not good enough, and rebuild it rather than live with it.

In one line
Own brand. Built and run in-house, and rebuilt for speed, conversion and functionality.
