Founder-led, across the US and the UK, with 100+ builds behind us. The people reviewing your store run our own stores on our own money, so you are getting an operator's read rather than a tool's export. Our own money is in the same platform, so nothing here is theoretical.

Ask for the review

Question 1

The store address and a way to reach you are all we need. Every question after that is optional, and you can send at any point.

Which store should we review?

We need the address to run the review. Anything we can open is fine.

What happens next

What happens after you send it.

  1. 01Seven passes

    We review the store

The people reviewing your store run our own stores on our own money, so you are getting an operator’s read rather than a tool’s export.

  2. 02Two working days

    You get a written summary

What we found, what it is costing you, and the order we would fix it in.

  3. 03We follow up once

It is yours to act on

Do it in-house, hand it to your developer, or ask us to quote for it. We will follow up once to ask whether it was useful.

No call to get it. Just the document.

What we look at

Seven passes over the store.

  1. 01

    Speed, on a real phone

Load time and the Core Web Vitals Google actually measures, tested on mobile rather than on a desktop connection.

  2. 02

    The buying path

Landing page to product to cart to checkout, looking for the friction that costs you orders on the way through.

  3. 03

    Theme and app load

What is installed, what is still loading after you stopped using it, and what that is costing the page.

  4. 04

    Tracking and measurement

Whether the numbers you are making decisions on can be trusted, which is the one that quietly invalidates the rest.

  5. 05

    Accessibility and consent

Whether every customer can complete a purchase, and whether your tracking fires before anyone has agreed to it.

  6. 06

    Technical SEO

Indexing, titles, structure and the basics that decide whether the store can be found at all.

  7. 07

Whether AI assistants can see you

Whether ChatGPT, Claude and Google AI Overviews can read your store, and what they say about you today when someone asks for the best in your category.

What arrives

A written summary, in two working days.

What we found, what it is costing you, and the order we would fix it in. Written to be read by whoever runs the store, not by a developer, though it is specific enough to hand straight to one.

It is yours either way. Implement it in-house, pass it on, or ask us to quote. We follow up once to ask whether it was useful.

Who this is for

Anyone with a live Shopify store.

The store has to be up and reachable, because there is nothing to review on one that is not. Beyond that there is no threshold: no minimum revenue, no minimum spend, and no requirement to be on Shopify Plus.

If the store is still being built, talk to us instead. That is a different conversation and a more useful one.

The things [the team] have put in place and recommended for us have paid immediate dividend. We wish we had come in contact with [them] sooner.

  • From start to finish, they were incredibly easy to work with. They understood the brief perfectly and delivered to a very high standard. Communication was excellent throughout, with quick and clear responses to any questions I had.

  • I can’t recommend [the team] enough, [they] helped us with everything from product design, supplier communication to website building and SEO. We were able to build a brand off the back of all [their] information and help.

Before you send it

The things people ask first.

Is it actually free?

Yes. No card, no contract, nothing to sign. You get the findings whether or not you ever work with us.

How long does it take?

Two working days from the point we have your store address.

What do you need from me?

The address of the store, plus a name, an email and a phone number so we can send the findings back and talk them through. Every question after that is optional and just helps us aim the review.

What happens after you send it?

It is yours to act on: do it in-house, hand it to your developer, or ask us to quote for it. We will follow up once to ask whether it was useful. If the answer is no, that is the end of it.

What does "we run our own stores" actually mean?

Powerlete and Fittr Nutrition are our own brands: we build them, run the marketing and carry the risk. Every tactic we recommend has been tried on our own money first, including the ones that did not work, which is why we can tell you what a feature costs before you pay for it.

We are in the US. Does that work?

Yes, and well. London is five hours ahead of New York, so we are at our desks through your entire morning: questions asked in your morning are answered the same day. We quote and invoice in US dollars, and we already build for US brands, including The Little Shop of Olive Oils in Massachusetts.

The catch

Since you are looking for one.

No call to get it

You do not have to sit through a discovery session to receive it. If the review is useful and you want us to do the work, tell us. If not, keep it and hand it to your own developer.

We might tell you it is fine

If the store is in good shape the review will say so. We would rather be right than hired, and a review that finds a problem every time is a sales tool rather than a review.
