(opens in a new tab) A free review of your paid media.
Send us your store. Two working days later you get what we found in your ads, written in plain language and ordered by what would move revenue first.

What we look at
Seven passes over your paid media.
-
Every ad you are running now
Pulled from the Meta Ad Library and Google’s Ads Transparency Centre. No account access needed, and nothing for you to set up.
-
Whether those are really different ads
One winner surrounded by near-duplicates is the most common way a budget gets spread thin. What the libraries show is what is live, so this is a read of your creative rather than of your account.
-
Where the click lands
The page your money sends people to, and how fast it loads on a real phone. The best ad in the world cannot outrun a slow landing page.
-
Tracking and attribution
Whether the numbers you are optimising against can be trusted. This is the one that quietly invalidates every decision above it.
-
Consent
Whether your tracking fires before anyone agreed to it. Both a compliance problem and the reason the numbers may not be what you think.
-
Technical SEO on the destination
The organic side of the same page, because paid and organic share a destination and usually share its problems.
-
What we would do with the same budget
The part you can act on without us: what we would change first, second and third, and roughly what each is worth.
What arrives
A written summary, in two working days.
What we found, what it is costing you, and the order we would fix it in. Written to be read by whoever owns the number, not by a media buyer, though it is specific enough to hand straight to one.
It is yours either way. Run it in-house, pass it to your current agency, or ask us to quote. We follow up once to ask whether it was useful.
Who this is for
Brands spending on paid media.
The sweet spot is around £5k a month and up, because below that our fee is a bigger lever on your numbers than the media buying is. If you are not running ads yet, send it anyway: the write-up becomes what we would launch with.
Not selling online at all? Talk to us instead. That is a different conversation and a more useful one.
The catch
Since you are looking for one.
We might tell you it is working
If the account is in good shape the review will say so. We would rather be right than hired, and a review that finds a problem every time is a sales tool rather than a review.
We are not right for every budget
Below roughly £5k a month our fee is the bigger lever, and we will say so rather than take the retainer. There is usually something more useful we can point you at instead.
Reviews on the Shopify Partner Directory
Merchants, in their own words.
The things [the team] have put in place and recommended for us have paid immediate dividend. We wish we had come in contact with [them] sooner.

From start to finish, they were incredibly easy to work with. They understood the brief perfectly and delivered to a very high standard. Communication was excellent throughout, with quick and clear responses to any questions I had.

I can’t recommend [the team] enough, [they] helped us with everything from product design, supplier communication to website building and SEO. We were able to build a brand off the back of all [their] information and help.

Who does the review
An operator’s read rather than a tool’s export.
Founder-led, across the US and the UK, with 100+ builds behind us. We spend on Meta, Google and TikTok for our own brands as well as for clients, so you are getting an operator’s read rather than a tool’s export. We spend our own money on the same platforms every week.
- In-house
- Design, development, migration, SEO, paid ads and lead generation in one team, with no hand-offs.
- Our own stores
- Powerlete and Fittr Nutrition are ours. Every tactic we recommend was tried on our own money first.
- 100+ builds
- Stores we have built, migrated and grown on Shopify.
- UK and US
- Based in London, working with brands on both sides of the Atlantic.
Before you send it
The things people ask first.
Do you need access to my ad accounts?
No. Every live ad is public. The Meta Ad Library and Google’s Ads Transparency Centre both show them without permission. That is how we can start the moment you send the link, with nothing for you to grant or set up.
Is it actually free?
Yes. No card, no contract, nothing to sign. You get the findings whether or not you ever work with us.
What if we are not running ads yet?
Still worth sending. We can only review what is live, so the write-up becomes what we would launch with instead: where the first budget goes, and what has to be true on the site before it does.
How do you handle paid ads, do you manage everything?
Yes, fully managed. We handle strategy, creative direction, campaign setup, ongoing optimisation, and reporting. We manage paid media across Meta, Google, and TikTok, and we treat every budget like it's our own, because we know what it takes to make it perform.
What does "we run our own stores" actually mean?
Powerlete and Fittr Nutrition are our own brands: we build them, run the marketing and carry the risk. Every tactic we recommend has been tried on our own money first, including the ones that did not work, which is why we can tell you what a feature costs before you pay for it.
We are in the US. Does that work?
Yes, and well. London is five hours ahead of New York, so we are at our desks through your entire morning: questions asked in your morning are answered the same day. We quote and invoice in US dollars, and we already build for US brands, including The Little Shop of Olive Oils in Massachusetts.
